The Cavite State University (CvSU) and the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) collaborated to provide employment opportunities for its graduates.
Coordinated by the CvSU Office of Alumni Affairs, this partnership is facilitated with the support of Sen. Imee R. Marcos through the DSWD – Kapit-Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan-Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services’ (Kalahi-CIDSS) Cash for Work (CFW) Program.
The CFW Program offers employment opportunities for CvSU indigent graduates from 2022-2023 who are unemployed at the time of application. The beneficiaries are assigned in different units of the University where they are temporarily employed as office staff from 45 to 90 days.
CvSU will begin accepting applications for Batch 3 after the first two batches of the CFW Program created over 100 job opportunities.
